These Terms govern your use of Blink Your Life (“the app”), operated by Blinkoncemore, LLC. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Blink Your Life is a personal memory aid for noting where you put things, details you'll want later, and reminders. It is provided to help you remember. It is not a substitute for your own records, and you should not rely on it as your sole record of important information.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register.

Subscriptions & billing

Your content

You own the content you create in the app. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you so the app works. We don't claim ownership of your content and don't use it for advertising.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will prevent you from forgetting something.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blinkoncemore, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
