Delete your account

Blink Your Life, by Blinkoncemore, LLC

You can delete your Blink Your Life account and all of its data at any time. There is nothing to cancel first and no waiting period when you do it in the app.

In the app

1. Open Blink Your Life and go to Settings (the gear on the Home screen).
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and everything in it are deleted immediately.

By email

If you can't get into the app, send a deletion request from the email address on your account to support@blinkyourlife.com. We'll confirm and delete the account within 7 days. We reply to the account's own email address, so we don't delete an account on someone else's request.

What is deleted

Everything. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

• Your account, name, and email address.
• Every entry in Reminders, Remember, and Find.
• Your saved locations, spots, and categories.
• Every photo you attached to an entry.

What is kept

Nothing on our servers. We don't keep a copy of your entries or photos after deletion.

Subscription and payment records are held by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us. Deleting your account does not cancel an active Unlimited subscription, so cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings first. See Support for the steps.

Deleting some of your data instead

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove something. In the app you can delete any single entry in Reminders, Remember, or Find, remove a photo from an entry while keeping the entry, and delete saved locations, spots, and categories in Settings. Each of these is removed from our servers right away.
